Maybe it takes our government and individual personal responsibility to turn absolutely upside down before the blood of conscientious, conservative Americans floods their brain and causes them to take back the country to the norms and beliefs that made this country great under the blessings of God. As some have said, it is "darkest before the dawn." While maybe not actually true in nature, the meaning has direct bearing on our times.
